Ore Factory Squad Release Date - Launch, Price and Demo

Ore Factory Squad was released on Steam on Jul 16, 2026. The store data marks it as a full release rather than an Early Access title, and the page sells a single standard edition alongside a demo and one DLC appid.

The published release date

Jul 16, 2026 is the only date the official listing gives. It is attached to the single purchasable entry, and there is no separate date for any other platform because no other platform is published.

Unlike an Early Access launch, that date is meant to mark a finished game, and the store page treats it that way: the genre list contains Indie and Simulation but not Early Access.

Price at capture

The listing carried a discount at the time we captured the store data.

Field	Value at capture
List price	$12.99
Price at capture	$9.48
Discount	27 percent
Release date	Jul 16, 2026
Demo	Appid 4396420
DLC	Appid 5142220

The 27 percent discount is between the rounder figures other listings use, which is usually an automatic discount rather than a promotional one, though the store page does not label it either way.

For a full release at a $12.99 list price, the discounted $9.48 is the figure to compare against any later sale, because the listing publishes no promise about the price once a discount period ends.

The two published trailers

Two videos ship with the store page, and the listing names each one.

• Ore Factory Squad - Release Trailer, the launch video.
• Ore Factory Squad - Gameplay Trailer, the systems video.

Sixteen screenshots are published alongside them, which is the largest gallery in this batch and a sign that the store page leans on stills to show the mining and factory layers.

Two trailers for sixteen screenshots is an unusual ratio, and it fits a game whose systems are easier to photograph than to narrate: conveyor layouts and dig sites read well as stills.

The demo and the DLC appids

The store page lists a demo at appid 4396420 and one DLC at appid 5142220. Neither carries a readable name or description in the store data we captured, so nothing about their contents is stated here.

What the demo does mean is that a buyer can evaluate the mining and production loop before paying. For a game whose selling point is procedural digging rather than a story, that is the most useful line on the listing.

No date is published for either the demo or the DLC, and the listing does not say whether the DLC is paid or free, so both remain open items on an otherwise complete-looking product page.

Where to go next

The systems behind the factory are explained on How It Plays, the platform and spec details are on Availability, and the achievements are counted on Achievements.
