About Olympus 2249

What the official store listing says about Olympus 2249 — quoted facts, not our opinion.

The opening choice is your Karmic Type, one of five, and the store copy says it shapes the entire playthrough: start as a Moralist, an Asshole, or somewhere in between, and people react differently, dialogues, quests and opportunities change, and karma shifts with your choices.

Combat is turn-based and is framed as a puzzle rather than a damage race. Positioning comes first, fuel barrels can be kicked toward an enemy and detonated, oil spills can be set ablaze, electricity and traps are usable, shots can be aimed at arms, legs or the head, and Stamina is spent on special abilities.

Beyond weapons, five peaceful specializations each unlock new dialogue options and new ways to solve problems, and quests are described as built around those skills rather than around killing someone. The store page never publishes a location count, quest count, ending count, level cap or full release date, so those are recorded as gaps rather than guessed.
