About Hex Reverse
What the official store listing says about Hex Reverse — quoted facts, not our opinion.
Battles are fought on a field of 19 hexagonal spaces where you and your opponent take turns placing cards. Each card carries six values, one for every side, and placing a card next to an opponent's card compares the touching edges: the higher value flips the opposing card to your side, so where a card goes matters as much as which card it is.
A run is a series of battles rather than a single match. Win one and you choose a card from a selection taken from your opponent's deck, adding it straight to the deck you are currently playing with, while SP is spent on skills that strengthen cards, change elements, weaken opponents, draw extra cards or alter the flow of battle.
Between runs you return to your base to refine saved decks, buy and sell cards, fuse cards into stronger ones and upgrade equipment that provides permanent progression, with increasingly difficult Rifts as the stated escalation. The published build is Windows only, ships with 27 achievements and lists English and Japanese, and the listing carries no Steam content descriptors.
