Ore Factory Squad System Requirements - Minimum and Recommended

Ore Factory Squad publishes two requirement tiers, and the one figure they share is storage: 15 GB either way. What changes between them is the processor, the memory and the graphics card, and both carry the same multiplayer network note.

The processor line is unusual in one respect: the minimum names an older i7 while the recommended names a newer i5, which is the generational jump you would expect across a five-year gap rather than a straight model-number step.

Minimum spec in full

The store page gives the minimum as a compact list with a network note attached.

A GTX 1060 as the floor with an 8 GB memory line puts the game in the middle of the simulation range rather than at the low end.

Recommended spec in full

The recommended tier keeps DirectX 11, the 15 GB install and the multiplayer note, and raises the three hardware lines.

Doubling the memory from 8 GB to 16 GB while the install stays at 15 GB again points at simulation load: the game is processing resource and logistics state rather than streaming large assets.

The multiplayer network note

Both tiers carry the same additional note: an internet connection is required for multiplayer. It is attached to the requirements rather than to the product page as a whole, and the tags support reading it narrowly, because Single-player is listed separately from Multi-player, Co-op and Online Co-op.

What the listing does not state is whether a solo player can run offline once the game is installed, or whether the requirement applies only when a second player joins.

What the spec sheet does not say

Two things are missing: a resolution or frame-rate target, and any guidance on how much of the factory simulation the recommended tier is sized for.
